System Support and Management

We can offer a wide range of support options, tailored to suit your existing and future needs. We can support a vast array of hardware and software, either to solve immediate problems or to provide an ongoing service of monitoring and management.

Our support options range from a voice on the end of phone or E-mail, through to experienced engineers on site, but we don’t work from a set list of options — every client is different, and so is every support arrangement.

In addition to ongoing support, we can provide, or assist with, many IT management tasks, such as from project planning and implementation, network management, or security policy setting.

We have an excellent track record in recovering systems after various forms of failure and responding to the situation according to the severity and impact on our clients’ business.

We can offer many forms of advice or assist in implementations, working either alone or alongside our clients’ in-house staff.

Our consultants all have wide experience in designing, implementing and commissioning new systems, specifying and managing system rollouts, and finding the best fit from the huge range of available products on the market to meet our clients’ requirements.
